Job Overview
Educational Global is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified Teachers to inspire and support students in achieving their academic goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the relevant curriculum.
- Prepare teaching materials, activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and student performance.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning abilities and needs.
- Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and independent learning.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, colleagues, and other professionals where required.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.
- Stay updated with relevant curriculum requirements and teaching practices.
Requirements
- Relevant teaching qualification or degree in the subject area.
- Previous teaching experience is desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to engage students and create a positive learning environment.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
- Ability to work additional hours when required for lesson preparation, marking, and school activities.
